Visit our beautiful 645 acre campus, virtually! Learn all the important information about UWG with one of the packages below.

Register for a Group Tour

Groups of 8 or more are welcome to submit a request for a private group tour led by a current UWG student. Generally, these groups are made up of students or community members on athletic teams, youth organizations, government offices, and K12 classes.

Please Note: Completion of the Group Tour registration form does not confirm your visit. Your visit confirmation will be sent via email from grouptours@westga.edu. After submitting the group tour request form, please allow 3 business days for us to respond. Groups of 51 students or more will need special accommodations and need to submit those requests via email. 

Group Tour Options

We offer several different visit packages to meet the needs and interests of a variety of groups. Times and content can be adjusted to meet your needs. We will do our best to be as flexible as we can be. All of our offerings are adjusted to accommodate the age group that you bring.

GROUP TOUR OPTIONS

Red & Blue Basic Package: 

  • An in-person campus tour with a UWG Tour Guide 

Flame of Knowledge Standard Package:

  • An in-person campus tour with a UWG Tour Guide & Information Session

Go West! Go Wolves! Specialized Package:

  • An in-person campus tour with a UWG Tour Guide & Information Session & Special Session from Campus Department of Choice

Virtual West:

  • Virtual Group Tour and Virtual Information Session

We are happy to arrange dining on your behalf. Dine West, our on campus dining services office, is available to provide an all-you-can-eat buffet style meal. The cost for dining is $11.21 per person.
