What is the Scoop?

The Scoop is a collection of calendars and other important information related to registration, courses, fees, and schedules.  

New and returning students will find The Scoop to be an extremely valuable resource of information and helpful links.

The Registrar's Office is located in Parker Hall.  Parker Hall is located directly behind Mandeville Hall which is on Front Campus Drive.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Jan 5 - Spring (non-eCore) classes begin 

Jan 5-10 - Open Drop - (non-eCore); drop ends at 11:59 pm January 10th

Jan 5-10 - Open Add - (non-eCore); add ends, at 11:59 pm January 10th

Jan 10 - Open Drop ends at 11:59 pm

Jan 10 - Open Add & Open Drop ends at 11:59 pm

Jan 11 - Fee Payment Deadline. Please visit the Bursar’s website for additional information 

Jan 11 - Withdrawal "W" period begins for Full Term (non-eCore)-16 week courses. Students who withdraw from a Full Term (non-eCore) class between January 11th and February 27th will receive a grade of W. Reminder there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course.

Jan 11 - Last day to apply for Tuition Differential Waivers for Spring 2019. The waiver application and all supporting documents must be received in the Registrar’s Office by 5:00 pm 

Jan 16-18 - FACULTY ONLY: Roster Verification; opens at noon on January 16th 

Jan 19 - No Saturday classes

Jan 21 - MLK Day Holiday, campus closed

Feb 1 - Last day to Petition for In-State Tuition Status for Spring Semester 

Feb 27 - Last day to withdraw with a grade of W from Full Session (non-eCore) - 16week courses. Students who withdraw from a Full Term (non-eCore) class between January 11th and February 27th will receive a grade of W. Reminder there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course.
