Michael joined the University of West Georgia in July of 2011. He served as Help Desk Manager for UWG Online until April 2019 when he joined UWG Print Services. He currently serves as the Director for Print and Mail Services. Michael has over 33 years of experience in customer service, of which over 26 years have been in the printing industry. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree in History from Darton State College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Office Administration and Technology from Valdosta State University. He is currently working on a Masters of Archival Science degree and a second Bachelor of Arts in History degree at Clayton State University.
