The University of West Georgia adopted the use of a campus-wide centralized scheduling software effective February 1, 2018. All reservation requests for university employees and student organizations can now be made through the Reserve West web app. Users are able to request space and manage their reservations through their accounts within this system. Non-UWG affiliated groups will work request space through an external form and work with a Reserve West administrator during the reservation process.

All university faculy and staff can make reservations on campus by signing in to Reserve West with their UWG username and password. UWG users can request available space and manage existing reservations through the Reserve West web app.
UWG Registered Student Organizations:
Presidents, Vice Presidents, and university advisors are able to make reservations for UWG registered student organizations. Presidents and Vice Presidents are to sign in to Reserve West with their full myUWG email address and password. University advisors should use their UWG username and password to log in.
UWG users can request available space and manage existing reservations through the Reserve West web app.
Non-UWG Affiliated Groups:
To reserve space, please complete the following form. The UWG party responsible for the requested space will contact you within 3-5 business days of your request.
Reserve West Resources
The Division of Academic Affairs is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of general classroom space. The Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs has established formal scheduling protocols to ensure effective centralized scheduling for academic defined space and to provide academic departments, faculty/staff, and registered students organizations a means by which to reserve general classroom space. Academic uses of these spaces shall have priority over other uses.
The Academic Scheduler will schedule all academic courses in the general classroom space as first priority. Once course room assignments have been confirmed, general classroom space will become available for other priority levels. Centralized Classroom and Event Scheduling Calendars
The Coliseum is a destination multi-purpose venue connecting superior educational growth with quality events and services while creating a positive impact on the University and regional communities. We have a rich variety of event spaces which can accommodate almost any event! Reservable spaces in The Coliseum include: The Arena, skyboxes, lecture hall, classrooms, computer lab, concourse and atrium space.

University Recreation (UREC) is responsible for the reservation of all meeting, ballroom and activity space in the Campus Center. The primary objective in this capacity is to serve the members of the UWG community including students, faculty, staff, alumni and occasional off-campus organizations. The Campus Center is a three-story, 131,000 square foot facility and includes rental spaces such as event ballrooms, meeting rooms, game room, climbing wall and two patios.
