Overview of Contributors

The GSAMS Policies and Procedures Survey Project would not have been possible without the contributions of the following organizations and groups:

• The GSAMS Programming Office and Georgia Department of Administrative Services for support of this project through Round 7, S2-01 and S2-02 grants, for the administration of the grant process, and for help in reshaping the original proposals

• The members of the focus groups for giving their time and valuable input in the formation of the survey instrument:

The grant recipients worked together to plan, structure, and conduct the GSAMS survey project. The mixture of specialty skills and strengths available for use in the project were primarily utilized as follows:

• Georgia Merit System:

• Focus groups: selection, creation, and facilitation
• Printing and distribution of survey documents
• Printing and distribution of survey results

• State University of West Georgia:

• Initial preparation of survey questions
• Development of a Web-based version of the survey
• Analysis and reporting of survey results
