COE holds 7th Annual Young Artists Exhibition
The
College of Education and Department of Art held the 7th Annual Young Artists
Exhibition on Saturday, April 18th. Kindergarten through 12th grade teachers in the
West Georgia area submitted their students’ best artwork for the exhibition.
51 pieces of art in all were submitted with 16 schools represented. All students
who submitted artwork were given a certificate of recognition and six students
had the honor of their artwork being purchased. The newly purchased pieces will
join past winners as parts of the permanent displays in the College of Education
and the Department of Art.
