Dr. Susan Earwood and Dr. Marie Holbein

As a graduate of the doctorate program in school improvement, I have become a more confident professional counselor and leader in my school. The Ed. D. professors and courses provided me a solid research foundation, and my research in parent involvement and school improvement has enabled me to work more effectively with parents, students, school professionals, and community members. The Doctorate in Education program has given me tools to work as a positive influential leader in my school system and my professional community.
