Professional Interests

Teaching individuals and groups how to engage change in the process of improving
themselves and the organizations they serve. Teaching parents and teachers how to help
individuals learn not to behave in ways that violate. Teaching individuals how to be more
effective leaders through developing organizations that are motivated by committment and
dedication to a common purpose. School improvement by increasing access for all students
to high academic courses.
