This accreditation covers initial teacher preparation programs and advanced educator preparation programs.

All education programs are approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (PSC) for recommendation for Georgia professional educator certification.
The
school counseling and community counseling programs in the Department
of Counseling and Educational Psychology hold national accreditation from
the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs
(CACREP).
